Thank you for supporting Candy Rose LLC. Every purchase helps our creative community grow. Here’s what to expect when ordering from us.
ORDER PROCESSING
Standard orders ship within [X–X business days] after payment is received. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.
Custom products, made-to-order items, and preorders may require additional time. Their production and estimated shipment timelines will be listed on the product page before purchase. Processing time is separate from shipping transit time.
SHIPPING & DELIVERY
We currently ship to worldwide. Available shipping methods and costs are shown at checkout.
Estimated transit time is [X–X business days] after shipment, depending on your location and selected shipping method. Delivery dates are estimates unless expressly guaranteed.
When tracking is available, we will email your tracking information once your order ships.
If we cannot ship within the stated timeframe, we will contact you with an updated timeline and the option to agree to the delay or cancel for a full refund of the unshipped items, including applicable shipping charges. If we cannot obtain your agreement as required, we will cancel and refund the affected order.

This policy applies to physical merchandise. Events, workshops, bookings, and digital products have separate terms. Nothing in this policy limits your rights under applicable consumer law.
Return & Exchange Policy
For eligible, noncustom merchandise, please request a return within [X calendar days] of delivery.
Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition, with tags attached where applicable. Please include your order number or other proof of purchase.
To begin a return, email [customer service email] with your order number and the items you wish to return. We will provide instructions and the correct return address. Please do not send items back before receiving those instructions.
Approved returns must be mailed within [X calendar days] after return instructions are provided.
CUSTOM & FINAL-SALE ITEMS
Personalized or custom-made products and items clearly marked “Final Sale” before purchase are not eligible for change-of-mind returns or exchanges.
These exclusions do not apply to products that arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect, or where a return or other remedy is required by law.
DAMAGED, DEFECTIVE, OR INCORRECT ITEMS
If something arrives damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered, please contact [customer service email] promptly. Include your order number, a description of the issue, and photos if available.
We will work with you to arrange an appropriate replacement or refund and cover necessary return shipping for a confirmed product issue or our error.
RETURN SHIPPING & REFUNDS
For change-of-mind returns, customers are responsible for return shipping. Original outbound shipping charges are nonrefundable for these returns, except where required by law.
After receiving and inspecting your return, we will notify you of the outcome. Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within [X business days]. Your bank or payment provider may require additional time to post the credit.
For damaged, defective, or incorrect items, applicable shipping charges will also be refunded when a refund is the agreed resolution.
EXCHANGES
Need another size or style? Contact us to request an exchange. Exchanges are subject to availability and the same eligibility requirements as returns. We will confirm any shipping costs before proceeding.
ORDER CHANGES & CANCELLATIONS
Contact us as soon as possible to request a change or cancellation. We will accommodate requests when possible, but changes or cancellations may not be available once production or fulfillment begins.
This does not limit cancellation or refund rights for shipment delays or other rights provided by applicable law.
